Day 5

Apparently cutting soda out of my diet and eating healthy has worked I lost 13lbs no diet pills except the energy pill my first day. Just starting out the day with a smoothie and drinking lots I water and snacking on fruit and granola bars. :) I’m happy with the results and going I keep doing it I want to get to as small as I was in high school.
Portioning also helps. :) eat healthy research calorie count if it’s more than what you’re willing to look at and a meal don’t eat it. I was thinking about getting an auntie Anne pretzel yesterday then looked at the calorie count and wooahed myself. 430 calories in the cinnamon sugar pretzel and 240 in a normal pretzel that was salted. My 6” sub from subway was 310 calories and lays baked were 100. Needless to say I didn’t get a pretzel and just went to subway and it more water.
Drinking water with your meal is great bc it trunks your brain into thinking you are full. :)

Day 4 of diet

So it’s day 4 I woke up a little later than usual made smoothies for Phil and I again. Made him a nice salad with pepperoni cheese and croutons and going to be making steak baked potatoes and corn for dinner.. Having another v8 fusion and a tangelo for snacks and staying on task for my water. Let’s see how this goes. They say you gain before you lose and I really want to lose.
